Lion Land Services, Inc. was established in 2014 by Pete Taormino to satisfy the demand for quality Right of Way agents. In our quest, we have worked with major oil and gas companies, local utility companies and comunications companies. Our business is primarily right-of-way easements for gas and oil pipelines as well as electrical distribution/transmission lines. We also handle the needs of rural utilities. Lion Land Services, Inc. can currently handle your project anywhere in the United States. We are a Wyoming Corporation, Pete Taormino is the President, CEO and Senior Landman who is involved in the day to day operations.

We are devoted to the client as well as the landowner. We are devoted to you and your cause. Whether it's a 1 mile water line or a 100 mile oil pipeline or a 3 state Electric Transmission line, we give 100% of us to you. We understand that without a landowner we can't place our facilities, and without the client there would be no facilities to place. So we do the balancing act to keep both parties satisfied. A hand shake and a promise

Our land staff are top notch in the industry. We believe in building relationships with the landowners; they are after all the most vital part of land acquistion and Right of Way leasing. Without them, there would be no pipelines or power lines. We treat everyone as equal, with a hand shake and a promise we seal the deal; and for the attorney's end of the transaction, we get agreements signed. But the most important part in our opinion is the hand shake.

Pipe lines are crucial

In the areas of our "Oil Booms" pipelines play a crucial role. They not only get the dangerous truck traffic off of the roads, they provide a safe and inexpensive way to get the oil or gas to the refinery. And with today's technology pipe lines are a safe and inexpensive way to move great amounts of oil and gas and keep domestic energy affordable. And according to the Department of Transportation acciden statistics, pipelines are the safest method of transporting petroleum products. Remember to Dial 811 before you dig.

Recent Projects

BEARS DEN

An oil gathering system by CenterPoint Energy for XTO in the "BadLands" of North Dakota. We did survey permission, due diligence, obtained road crossing permits, negotiated with landowners, and leased the right of way

The Siloam Loop

An 8 mile natural gas line being placed by Source Gas in the Northwest Arkansas area. We helped obtaing written survey permission, kept in constant communication with the survey company to insure the best route; others within the hiring brokerage bought Right of Way and paid final damages.
